 Helping mothers adjust and work through transitions as a mother and learning to adjust to new role. Includes physical, emotional, relational & environmental shifts..

Anxiety & Overwhelm

Helping mothers like you find ways to reduce anxious feelings that lead to overwhelm, intrusive thoughts, ruminations interrupted sleep and increased isolation.

Postpartum

Counseling mothers post-delivery. Assistance with baby blues, postpartum mood disorders, depression & anxiety. Trained in Maternal Mental Health.
